MV: 1 John 2:4-6

Last week we memorized 1 John 4:18-19. We learnt that anyone who fears is not made perfect in love. What does it mean to be made perfect in love? This week’s memory verse will help us understand what it means to be made perfect in love.

Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.

1 John 2:4‭-‬6 NIV

As we medidate on this week’s verse, let this be one of the questions we seek an answer to – “How did Jesus live?”

Also, do not hesitate to share what the Holy Spirit reveals to you as you meditate on this week’s verse in the”comment” section below.

Stay blessed.
